Hey guys,

There are a few things each of you need to get in order to be successful in raiding both 10 mans and 25 mans.

First up - make sure you did all the quest chains for the Sons of Hodir.  You get your shoulder enchants from them, and everyone needs to work on this rep as fast as possible to get the best shoulder patterns.

Next, there is the matter of reputation factions.  Figure out, using websites such as wowhead.com, which reputation factions offer the items you need the most.  That means helm enchants.  Make sure you get the tabard from that faction and wear it in all dungeons you run.  It is the primary way you will get rep with them.  This only works in level 80 dungeons or heroic dungeons.

Another thing you each have to worry about is frost resist gear for Naxx.  You will each require 7 Eternal Fires, 7 Eternal Waters, 3 Frozen Orbs, and some tailoring, blacksmithing, or leatherworking materials depending on your level of gear.  You can get Frozen Orbs from either doing heroics and winning the rolls (I suggest you run with guildies and take turns on needing them), or by spending your badges on them.  The quickest way to get these orbs is to spend all your badges as soon as you get them.  This is required for raiding.  Don't worry about passing up loot now, you will get it all in time.

Help out your fellow guildies.  It is only through co-operation that we will quickly progress through the content.  If you are a skinner, please donate all of your leather to the guild bank.  Please send all non-essential cloth to the guild bank as well.  The same goes for ore.  We will use all of these items to craft people their resistance gear.  It would also be HIGHLY appreciated if you could put any BoE greens you receive in the guild bank (or any enchanting mats you have).  Obeah is close to being able to do the TOP enchants, and anything you contribute goes a long way to helping this guild progress.

Please consider doing your instance runs with fellow guild mates before going outside the guild.  While this expansion is fresh, every single guildie still needs rep, and I'm certain that if you just ask in guild chat, you will find a group to go in no time.

Oh yea, you also need to get your cooking high enough to do the cooking dailies in Dalaran.  The new recipes in this expansion require Northern Spices, and the only way you can get them is from doing the daily.
